ASSESSMENT FOR ADMISSION TO PRACTICE
There is a $225.00 assessment for admission to practice before the federal courts and also for admission to practice before the court pro hac vice. General admission to the federal bar is made by application to the U.S. District Court, but the assessment for permission to appear pro hac vice is made to the Bankruptcy Court. In such cases the check should be made out to "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court" and should be attached to the application filed in the Bankruptcy Court. If the application is denied, a refund will be sent to the applicant.
