In addition, please note that unless legislation further extends § 1329(d), providing for an additional 2 years to complete a plan due to financial hardship caused by the pandemic, that provision will sunset on March 27, 2021. Debtors who wish to have an order entered under § 1329(d) before March 27, 2021 should consider that the last Chapter 13 hearing date scheduled before that date is March 16, 2021.
