On December 1, 2021, amended Bankruptcy Rule 9036 will make Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (EBN) mandatory for high-volume paper notice recipients, i.e. recipients who receive 100 or more paper notices monthly. All notice recipients who would potentially be impacted by this rule should have been notified by the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC).
