McVCIS is a free voice recognition and response service which provides callers with basic case information. After calling the toll-free number and selecting the district, the automated system will prompt you for a case number, debtor's name, or debtor's Social Security.

The system provides the following information:

  • Debtor's Name
  • Case Number
  • Last 4 digits of the Debtor's SSN
  • Chapter
  • Voluntary/Involuntary Case
  • Filing Date
  • Nature of Debt (Business/Consumer)
  • Asset/No Asset Case
  • Trustee's Name
  • Attorney's Name and Phone Number
  • Judge's Name
  • Case Status
  • 341 Meeting Information
  • Date Discharged
  • Date Closed
