Payment of court fees (filing fees and installment payments, recordings of hearings, etc.) may be paid online with a debit card, ACH (electronic payment from a bank account), or PayPal. Online payment uses Pay.gov, a program of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, that facilitates payments to various government agencies. 

• This payment option may not be used for chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee.
• Registered ECF users must continue to submit payment through the ECF system.
