The 2021 Ninth Circuit Civics Contest will be accepting entries beginning February 1, 2021. The deadline for entries is March 17, 2021. The 2021 Ninth Circuit Civics Contest will award a total of $7,000 in cash prizes. The top three winners in both the essay and video competition at the circuit level will receive $2,000 for 1st place, $1,000 for 2nd place and $500 for 3rd place. In addition, the first‐place winners along with a parent or guardian will be invited to the 2021 Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference in Big Sky, Montana, if current COVID‐19 pandemic is under control. Rules and additional information are available online at https://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/civicscontest/.
