On May 1, 2024, the bankruptcy court issued an order adopting amendments to LBR 3011-1 (Unclaimed Funds) and LBR 3015-1 (Amendment of Plan Before Confirmation). With respect to LBR 3011-1, an applicant for payment of unclaimed funds who is an assignee of the original payee must provide a copy of the assignment containing a notarized signature of the assignor. LBR 3015-2 is amended to conform to current Chapter 13 procedures and forms. The order may be viewed in the General Orders section of the court website.
