The Judicial Conference approved adjustments to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (28 U.S.C. § 1930) to take effect on December 1, 2020. The approved adjustment to the Administrative Fee will increase the fee to file a petition under all chapters and to file a motion to divide a joint case.  The new filing fees for the most common petitions are: Chapter 7, $338; Chapter 11, $1738; Chapter 13, $313.  For a detailed breakdown of all bankruptcy fee changes click here.
