On January 12, 2021, the chapter 11 quarterly fee schedule established by 28 U.S.C.§ 1930(a)(6) was changed by the Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2020 (the Act), Pub. L. No. 116-325. The Act makes the new fee schedule effective on the first day of the first quarter after its enactment, which is April 1, 2021. Additional information is available here.
