• Chapter 13 Plan: Provision regarding submission of income tax refunds
• LBR 3070-2 - Distributions:
  • Subdivision (c) regarding payment of untimely claims
  • New paragraph (j)(4) regarding payment of debtor's attorney fees in a case dismissed or converted before plan confirmation.
