Effective June 21, 2021, a nationwide rule promulgated by the U.S. Trustee Program requires the use of uniform periodic reports in chapter 11 non-small business cases: Monthly Operating Reports and Post-Confirmation Reports. To be consistent with this requirement, the court has issued a general order amending LBR 2015-7 regarding these reports.
