Future trials and evidentiary hearings will require use of digital exhibits, i.e. PDFs of documents to be displayed on courtroom monitors. Unless the court orders otherwise, no binders of paper exhibits will be used for witness examinations. Attorneys will be responsible for displaying exhibits saved on their laptop computers and for navigating through the images, i.e. scrolling, zooming in, and highlighting when necessary.
