As recently announced, the U.S. Trustee Program will continue conducting meetings of creditors using Zoom video. Consequently, please note the following.

• Effective with petitions filed in July, meetings will no longer be scheduled by county. Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2003(a), § 341 meetings in chapter 7 cases will be scheduled between 21 and 40 days after the petition is filed; meetings in chapter 13 cases will be scheduled between 21 and 50 days after the petition is filed.
• Future meeting dates for the remainder of 2023 may be viewed here and at the Court Calendars page of the court website, www.hib.uscourts.gov. The dates are subject to change.
• Effective with the meetings set for August 10, 2023, Zoom Meeting IDs, Passcodes, and dedicated phone numbers for joining the meetings will change for each trustee. The updated contact information is included with the list of future meeting dates. Important: Meetings in July through August 9 will continue to use the previously provided Meeting IDs, Passcodes, and phone numbers; the updated information to join the Zoom 341 meetings will be effective for the meetings starting August 10, 2023.
