On November 30, 2021, The U.S. Trustee Program will post on its website updated versions of the data-embedded, uniform reports that must be filed in chapter 11 cases: UST Form 11-MOR (Monthly Operating Report) and UST Form 11-PCR (Post-confirmation Report). The updated forms should be filed for all reports filed after that date. These updated forms are designed to improve the overall user experience and streamline the processs of embedding data on the forms by using standard PDF bar-code technology.
