Access for Filing Agents. An attorney who is registered to electronically file documents in the CM/ECF system of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii may authorize one or more assistants to obtain an individual login for electronic filing on the attorney’s behalf. A particular filing agent may be so authorized by more than one attorney. Although the filing agent will access CM/ECF with his or her login, the docket entry will show the filer as the attorney whose name is selected for the particular filing.
Separate Registration for Each Filing Agent. More than one attorney and more than one filing agent may be included on the registration form to be completed and signed by all parties. However, online registration must be completed separately for each filing agent although the same PDF of the signed form may be used for each registration. Either the attorney or the filing agent may complete the online registration.
After completing the steps below, the court will create a user account for the filing agent and email a login and password to the attorney’s primary email address on record with the court. Follow the steps below to complete the application for a filing agent login.
