The Clerk’s Office may not recommend attorneys. However, a list of members of the Hawaii Bankruptcy Bar Association may be viewed using the link below. In addition, certain individuals with limited income may qualify for assistance from Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii (vlsh.org or (808) 528-7046) or the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii (legalaidhawaii.org or (808) 536-4302).
