Local Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii

Various local bankruptcy rules refer to a local rule in Chapter I - General and Civil Rules, Local Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. In addition, LBR 1001-1(d) specifically provides that "certain general or civil rules of the district court may be made applicable" in bankruptcy cases and proceedings.
