Effective immediately, amended local forms H2083A (Chapter 13 Debtor's Motion to Approve Sale of Real Property) and H2083E (Order Granting Chapter 13 Debtor's Motion to Approve Sale of Real Property) are available for use on the court's website. Among other things, the amendments concern termination of the automatic stay, service of the motion, and the final settlement statement.
