The Bankruptcy Threshold Adjustment and Technical Corrections Act (BTATC Act), signed into law on June 21, 2022, temporarily increased the debt threshold in subchapter V of chapter 11 and chapter 13. No legislation was enacted to extend these changes and certain provisions of the BTATC Act expired at midnight, June 21, 2024. Please refer to this notice regarding the changes.
