The bankruptcy court’s CM/ECF system will be undergoing maintenance next weekend and will be unavailable beginning Friday, August 21 at 12 pm through Monday, August 24 at 8 am. During this time, users will be unable to access CM/ECF in its entirety, which includes filing and viewing documents, viewing case dockets, and accessing or making changes to user accounts. This outage will also affect users' ability to access court dockets via PACER. Other programs that rely on CM/ECF, including CHAP and ePOC, will also be offline. If the outage period extends beyond the hours listed above, the court will post updates on this website.

Users are advised to plan accordingly. Please note that the bankruptcy court will be closed on Friday, August 21 in observance of Admission Day and cannot accept paper filings at the front counter. The court has also entered a general order extended the filing deadline for any filing due on August 21 to Monday, August 24.
