Motions and other matters without testimony and presentation of evidence have been accessible with a remote audio connection. Effective April 1, 2024, a video connection will also be an option if there is no live testimony. The courtroom cameras will show the bench and the lectern. Remote participants may turn on their video feed but only if dressed in courtroom attire. The courtroom deputy will turn off a participant's video feed if the individual is not dressed appropriately.
