To comply with updated policy issued recently by the Judicial Conference of the United States, the court will discontinue the option of allowing remote appearances by video. Unless the court orders otherwise in a particular case, remote access will be limited to audio only starting with hearings set for June 2, 2025. LBR 9074-1 on remote appearances is being amended to be consistent with this updated policy and may be viewed here.
