Last week, a copy of the court's information sheet was emailed out, which should be distributed to debtors. The United States Trustee Program also has issued an information sheet that should be given out. The trustee will ask debtors at the meeting of creditors whether they have read this information, Debtors' counsel should include this information in materials given to their clients.
