Effective October 2020, payments of certain court fees may be made online using Pay.gov, a program of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, that facilitates payments to various government agencies. Pay.gov will process payments of court fees using the payor’s debit card, electronic payment from a bank account (ACH), or PayPal®. Credit cards are not accepted. Online payments may be made for filing fee installment payments, copy requests, including certification and exemplification, fees for amending schedules and creditor lists, and reproduction of audio recording of court hearings.
