Appeals by Pro Se Parties
Parties to appeals must comply with procedures governing bankruptcy appeals, including but not limited to those set forth in Part VIII of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure (Rules 8001 - 8028). Local Bankruptcy Rule 8001-1 also sets forth certain requirements. Certain documents must be filed by set deadlines.
